Who we are

EmailDDx helps Shopify and DTC brands that use Klaviyo find the root cause of an email problem, and Russell Cargill runs it. This page walks you through what happens when you’re reading a guide or booking a call. We wrote it in plain language so you’ll see where each detail goes.

What we collect

When you open a page, Vercel Web Analytics records a cookieless page view. When you schedule a call, Cal.com collects the booking details you type in. Those two records are what this site handles.

How we use it

We look at page views because they show which Klaviyo symptoms people come here to understand. A booking holds your place for the call. We use those details to prepare for the conversation you asked for.

Who processes it

Vercel hosts the site and processes the cookieless page views in Web Analytics. Cal.com processes the booking and holds the calendar for the call. Russell Cargill is the person you’ll speak with once the time arrives.

How long we keep it

Vercel keeps the page-view record with Web Analytics, so the count of visits stays available. Cal.com keeps the booking details for the call, so the time you chose stays on the calendar. Each service holds the record it collected.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act you can ask to access the information held about a visit or a booking. You can ask us to correct a detail, and you can ask us to delete it. We’ll walk through the request with you and pass it to Vercel or Cal.com when they hold the record.

How to reach us

Privacy questions use the same Cal.com booking link as any other call. Book a time, say it’s a privacy question, and we’ll take it from there.
